Life as a Farmer...

"Here comes the Sun"

The sun has been out in all its glory the last few days so we have tried to be out soaking it up as much as possible. Saturday we spend the day at the Farmers Market in Little Italy. Over 100 local farmers and vendors from San Diego line Date street selling their local goods. It was so beautiful and we will most definitely be back!

Under the Sea...

Last week marked the first of many trips to Sea World with my Zöe girl. We went with Uncle Bryan, Aunt Amber, Cousin Marley, Grammy Kellie, and Cousin Mya and had a great day in the San Diego sun marveling that all God created for under the sea. It is so nice that Sea World is within walking distance from our house and our annual passes means many more trips in our future and next time with Daddy...

Mommy and Me...

The weather has been amazing it feels like Spring here in Sunny San Diego!!

This last week my Mommy came down to help Ian and I with Baby Girl for 2 WHOLE nights! It was such a help and so nice to get some sleep, but even better she helped organize and re figure my closet!!!! It is so nice having my Mom as my best friend...

Cousins...

LOVE

I am in love with how much Marley loves Zoe. She runs around asking for "Baby Zoe",she  comforts her when she is crying, shares her blanket with her and softly rubs her head and tickles her toes. At lunch the other day she corrected someone when they asked if "Zoe was her Friend"? She replied,"not my Friend my Cousin" I was so proud of her and in shock that she knew the difference at two years old... I know that Marley is going to be a great big Cousin and someday an amazing big Sister!I have so many wonderful memories with all my Cousins and I cannot wait for the girls and future cousins to make their own memories.

From Daddy to Grandpa...

Happy Birthday to my amazing Father!

James Patrick Kipp has been my Father for 26 years, he worked with everything he had to provide everything and more then I could ever need. My Dad showed me love in every way that he knew how, but it has been in the last month that I have truly seen a different kind of love, I have seen a Grandfathers love. My Dad is a emotional man, but Zöe James (yes after my Dad) has brought out a whole new kind of emotion. I am in awe of how much he loves her... from his daily texts to his requests for pictures and video, he has definitely went from a Daddy to a Grandpa!

 

We called my Fathers Dad Ken "Grandpa Pop" and since he has passed away my Dad has adopted the name and I couldn't be happier!
