A combined party was the only way to go since my kiddos birthdays are a month apart. When thinking of the theme I knew I wanted it to be something that represented them and something they truly love. Our family has a "thing" with the moon, nightly we go outside as a family and hunt for the moon and once found we use our telescope to see her beauty up close and personal.
We love you to the moon and back" was the appropriate theme for our two babies that each hold a half of our hearts and now a half of the moon (on our first date my husband looked up at the moon and told me I could have half of his moon but since our kiddos have arrived we have realized we no longer each own half but we have passed that gift onto each of our babies).
Using a silver, gold, black and white color scheme I created a modern party fit for any moon child. Every child received a homemade tutu, star wand, crown and yarn wrapped tambourine to sing and dance in the moonlight. Temporary moon tattoos finished their party ensemble.
Donuts were ordered to match the color scheme and the cookies and cakes was handmade by my mother.
The highlight of the party was the confetti! I will never again have a party without flutter confetti, it had the guest of all ages squealing with excitement, even my 83 year old grandma was in the middle of the confetti madness.

WOW!! Here everyone looks so pretty and gorgeous!! Though, I liked your theme combination and decoration of the party. I just simply say your party planner is very talented and has good knowledge about planning birthday parties for kids.
