A day with Grama and Zoe Bear...

My Mom came down Tuesday for a day of eating,shopping and just plain old hanging out! I love how dedicated my Mother is to her children and now her Grandchild, I am so blessed to have a Mom that is willing to make the hour drive to come and spend the day with us. She has ALWAYS been my Best Friend and I pray everyday that Zoe will love me and want to spend time with me like I do with my Mom. I want Zoe to trust me with her deepest secrets and know that I will always love her unconditionally...

After a nap for Baby (and some alone time and errand running by Mommy), we went for an evening walk along Mission Bay to scope out the perfect beach location for Daddy's birthday party followed by dinner at the Hilton, Mission Bay.The weather was breathtaking and company perfect, I could not have asked for a more beautiful Summer day.

Our Anniversary getaway...

Five Years and Loving it...

Nothing makes you appreciate time with your significant other more than the first time you leave you baby with the Grandparents and head to the Desert for the weekend. We NEEDED this R&R more now than ever before and we felt like wild and crazy kids in a candy store. We sun bathed, napped, slept in,went out for AMAZING dinners and ACTUALLY TALKED!!! We sipped champagne in a hammock and went for drives with the convertibles top down.I stayed up past 10pm, YES I WAS THAT CRAZY, and loved it. This was the exact thing this married couple with a new baby needed to ignite a spark, and lots of smiles and laughter. 

I love you Mr. Cote and I am one happy Mamma to call you mine!

I cannot believe a half of a year has gone by, and six months ago I was holding you for the first time! Zoe, you are my real life beautiful baby doll and I cannot walk around in public without being stopped by people asking to see you and complimenting you on your adorableness... You are so perfect and I couldn't be happier. The way you light up when you hear you Dad sing or catch a glimpse of Bella lightens up my life like you cannot believe. You are an amazing baby and even though you are clingy and fussy I wouldn't change you one bit. You have taught me patience and I have become just a bit more easy going! I love you and all your bubbles, and grunts, giggles and tears...
